Front Desk Administrator

ML Emporio Properties is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly front desk administrator to support our office and management teams. Hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This will be a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension.
**Duties**:
- Answering phone calls, forward to appropriate department or take detailed message
- Greeting visitors to our office
- Sort and prepare mail and courier
- Maintaining a clean and organized office to present a professional image
- Look after the office when Management is out at meetings etc.
- Assisting Management Team with administrative support as needed
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Sound logic & reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Second (or third) language is an asset
Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
