**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
We are looking for a fast paced, results driven **Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator** who will be responsible for day-to-day implementation of our e-commerce strategies and the coordination within our retailer accounts. You will drive customer awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty. Empowered with the freedom to try new things and see your ideas come to life, it’s our entrepreneurial spirit and relentless drive to produce superior customer experiences that ensures we’re constantly growing the Levana and Defender brands.
- **Influencer Campaigns**: Obtain influencer opportunities, in exchange for free product for the Levana and Defender brands, through social media brand partnerships. Track, report and analyze efforts with the ultimate goal of increasing sales.
- **Amazon Operations**: Assist in the daily amazon channel operations, including promotions, product page auditing and sales reporting.
- **Retailer Operations**:Completing the new item set ups as well as aiding in the sales growth by providing a review of retailer content as well as assisting with pricing and promotion verification.
- **Earned Media**:Reach out and successfully secure publications/journalists to promote products in “Best of” guides, “Top 10” lists, product review articles or relevant product blogs.
- **Affiliate Marketing**: Manage the brands’ affiliate program to identify new opportunities and manage relationships with existing affiliate partners. Track, report, analyze and improve results, while adhering to our ROAS goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Coordinate in the development of cohesive, relevant and engaging written and visual content for all social media channels (static images, infographics, videos, blog content, etc.) that encourage engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to the websites. Ensure we are growing social media following aggressively month over month
- **Copywriting & Blog Writing**:Create engaging copy with flare. Master the art of turning ‘tech speak’ into ‘street speak’ to effectively communicate our offerings to consumers. Develop cohesive, relevant written content that encourages engagement, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to the websites.
- **Other**:Support the Marketing, Design and Sales Teams with ad hoc projects as required
**Who You Are**:
- Minimum of one year digital marketing experience working on awareness tactics and/or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain a clear and consistent brand voice
- Eager to learn and grow, you likely have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with the following platforms is considered an asset: Shopify, Asana, Klaviyo, Facebook
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc)
- “No task is too small” attitude
- Understanding of Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of and experience using Excel
- Ability to adapt to and manage changing priorities independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without missing critical deadlines
- Constantly learning and on the hunt for new and innovative strategies
