**Job description**

Welcome to the 43 North restaurant group. We are proud to be one the largest hospitality employers in the Niagara region. We manage a variety of culinary experiences from full-service dining to a quick-service experience, including; corporate events, on and off-site catering as well as pedal tours. We are currently looking for a new Marketing Manager to lead initiatives across the 43 North group This will include our Niagara based restaurants and catering facilities as well our Dough Box pizza brand

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Driving top line sales to the restaurants by leveraging strategic marketing initiatives
- Control external marketing content: print, digital, websites, social media
- Daily management and creation on all of our social channels
- Coordinate with operations in building our annual marketing plan and content calendar
- Upkeep and maintenance of company websites
- menu changes, in house promotions, online ordering platform
- Work with external agencies to improve our marketing strategies
- Communication with the restaurant teams in assisting with any LSM initiatives
- Help grow our client database by building our inhouse rewards program
- Attend meetings with operations and ownership
- Assist in responding to online customer feedback on all platforms

**Requirements**:

- University/College degree or diploma in Marketing
- 2 years experience as a marketing manager
- Experience with the following systems is an asset
- ContentStudio, WordPress, GoDaddy, Google (multiple aspects), Drop box, We Transfer, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok,Canva, Royalty Rewards
- Food service experience is a plus
