**About the Digital Marketing Manager Position**:
A marketing coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives within an organization.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing various marketing initiatives to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and actively engage with followers.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, promotions, and partnerships with influencers or brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate on content creation, campaign planning, and cross-promotion opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging platforms and technologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the organization's social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an effective social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, communications, and design, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that all social media content adheres to the organization's brand guidelines, voice, and tone. Maintain consistent branding across all social media channels and contribute to the development and implementation of social media style guides.
- Organize promotional activities for new products/services.
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts.
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Knowledge of the student demographic and their preferences is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing or event coordination is advantageous

- This position is located in the Niagara Falls Office, (Canada Summer Jobs).
