**Role Overview**

The Digital Coordinator will work closely with the CEO, marketing and operations team to manage, update, and optimize our digital assets and tools. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, creativity, enjoys working with digital tools and AI, and is passionate about seamlessly connecting and automating in-house processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to managing and maintaining schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Managing and maintaining inventory levels, including RFQs, purchasing, customs and duties.
- Implement and manage note-taking AI software.
- Manage customer data in CRM and connect CRM with other platforms.
- Manage and update website content, product listings, and landing pages.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and external partners as needed.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries (images, videos, documents, invoices, etc.).
- Monitor online inquiries and respond or escalate as appropriate.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Assist with ad campaigns and basic SEO tasks (keywords, meta descriptions, tagging).
- Other duties as required.

**Tools You Will Use**
- **Shopify**: E-commerce orders and customer management.
- **Google Workspace**: Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive.
- **Trello**: Project Management.
- **Canva & Capcut**:digital asset creation.
- Other AI and software as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
