We’re looking for a **people-loving Office Manager** to be the welcoming face of our firm.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- **Welcoming Clients**: Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them with a warm and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone
- **Administrative management**: Receive and analyze correspondence, respond promptly, and schedule client meetings when required
- **Tax & CRA Correspondence**:Collaborate with the team to analyze and respond to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate document delivery
- **Document Organization**: Management of files and correspondence using CaseWare and CCH Tax Prep and overseeing our online client portal, ensuring deliverables are reviewed and verified for quality before distribution to clients
**What You Bring**:
- You're experienced in a client-facing office support role
- You're tech-savvy — we are a paperless office that utilizes accounting and tax software and an online client portal
- You work independently and approach tasks with precision and a commitment to accuracy

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
