Itsm Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative on Online’s Enterprise Sales team, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to promote Freshworks solutions by identifying and growing a pipeline and qualifying opportunities for our ITSM Practice. You will play an integral role in executing a variety of campaigns that mature leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Your growth mindset, strong business acumen, people skills, and ability to translate complex topics into tailored, easy-to-understand messaging will help to set you up for success. You are a natural leader who is collaborative, sales-minded, and detailed-oriented.
**What you'll do**:
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Present the company and value proposition to potential prospects.
- Grow Freshworks lead funnel and nurture them to qualified meetings for our Sales team.
- Complete prospecting activities to source new leads through direct outreach.
- Using a variety of tools, conduct industry, account, and buyer research to identify target lists for prospecting, campaigns, and sales support.
- Respond to all inbound inquiries and collaborate with Sellers to qualify leads and opportunities.
- Provide support for Online's virtual/in-person events program including: sourcing speaking opportunities, helping drive attendance, and attending conferences to uncover new opportunities.
- Create, update, and maintain company and opportunity information in Salesforce.
**What we'd like**:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passionate about driving revenue.
- Ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
