**Overview**
We are currently a company of 2 full time glazing technicians with 2 service vehicles and a couple a of part-time installers. The reason we are seek an office administrator is to provide a higher level of customer service to our clients, allow our two full time glazing technicians to be out more getting work done (one of which is the owner) and to create time and space for the company to continue to grow. The company is based out of the Sapperton Area in New Westminster.
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, estimating jobs, ordering materials, arranging pickup of materials with courier company, invoicing and some bookkeeping work and any other duties required to provide our customers with a high level of customer service.
- Entering daily expenses.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- We will be asking you do a little of everything and keep the paperwork flow going. You will be trained on estimating. It is more like data entry.
- The main qualities we are looking for is someone who enjoys solving problems and serving others.
- This position is to work from home the majority of the time from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.
- There will be daily calls at the beginning or end of each day with the owner to go over the work each day, as well as, one weekly, in person meeting at a coffee shop to go over things.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- A company laptop and phone will be provided to you, for work purposes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
