We are happy to say that we are looking for an experienced **Administrative Assistant (Compliance) to join our team at Campus Support, BC.**
**Position**: Administrative Assistant, Compliance
**Job Status**: Full-time, Permanent, Onsite
**Location**: 300 - 960 Quayside Drive, New Westminster, BC, V3M 6G2
**Expected Start Date**:As soon as possible
**Reports to**: Regional Compliance Manager
**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, Morning Shift
**Salary**: $50,000
**Must Have**: Ability to travel to all campus locations.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
Specifically, this position is responsible for the following:
**ADMINISTRATION**
- Prepare enrolment related documents for PandaDoc uploading
- Review monthly campus submission of the Datawitness tracking report, identifying those out of compliance and investigating the cause of the delay in uploading the files
- Prepare program eligibility declaration forms for submission to StudentAid BC
- Generate weekly attendance compliance report from MyCampus and identify those out of compliance
- Generate weekly At-Risk report from MyCampus and identify those requiring the campus’ attention
- Maintain campuses’ weekly/monthly submission tracking sheet
- Prepare weekly employment rate report from Lead Centre
- Other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the Company
**COORDINATION**
- Follow up with campuses on the requirements from their monthly self-audit reports
- Assist with internal campus compliance audit to ensure compliance to company objectives and government regulations
- Assist with investigating student concerns in the context of established policy, procedure and practice that are brought forward from a campus level to Campus Support and recommend resolutions
- Assist with compiling monthly / quarterly campus scorecard
- Assist with coordinating the documentation for the institution’s response to external audits
- Other related duties as assigned to support the business objectives and purpose of the Company

**Qualifications**
- To be successful in the Compliance Administrative Assistant position, an individual must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following:
- Education and Experience
- Diploma in administration; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years work experience to meet the above competencies
- Experience in a private post-secondary environment is an asset
**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality with respect to all College and Campus
**Support office matters and records**
- Ability to multi-task and complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail
- A very positive and motivated attitude
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good judgment and ability to prioritize assignments
