**What we are looking for**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and managing necessary paperwork.
- Support new employees’ transition to the organization, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and with HR documentation.
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed, assisting employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and coordinating training and development activities.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and positivity within the team, contributing to the organization’s goals of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects, collaborating with team members to support organizational goals and HR best practices.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- CHRP/CHRL designation or equivalent (Asset)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a positive outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
