We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department. **Job Type**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Location**: Markham, ON.

**Salary**:$50,000

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Manage and update employee benefits and compensation records.
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR-related paperwork, including new hire forms, performance evaluations, and leave requests.
- Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare reports and assist with HR audits as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
