We are looking to enhance our team by welcoming an HR Coordinator who will be reporting to the HR Manager.

**Job Duties**:

- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Coordinate employees’ onboarding, training and orientation.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Assist termination process.
- Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies on the production floor.
- Manage & update Human resource Dashboard, Recruitment files etc.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.)

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- No direct supervisory responsibilities.
