**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Facilitate change management processes by communicating updates and supporting employees through transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR systems such as Dayforce, SAP, ADP, or Lever.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking HR metrics and reporting on departmental activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices.
- Experience with change management strategies to support organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Dayforce, SAP, ADP, or Lever is preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop training programs that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and reporting purposes.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
