**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our warehouse, involving inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you are proactive, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong focus on quality and efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a forklift to handle and transport materials.
- Manage the shipping and receiving of goods, including loading and unloading vehicles.
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and efficient.
- Assist customers with their needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and physical tasks as required.

**Key Attributes**:

- Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English.
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly with lumber, sheet goods (e.g., plywood, MDF, particleboard), or operating a forklift is an asset.
- A team player who works well with others and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing procedures and tasks.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
