Retail Warehouse Manager

**About the Role**

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day to day warehouse operations and distribution for incoming and outgoing product needs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow your career in warehouse management while working for one of Canada’s largest Consumer Electronics Retailers. Reporting to the Manager, Administrative assistant, you will work closely with the nation-wide retail team and will facilitate, Customer order fulfillment and retail inventory transfers to drive the continuous improvement of on-site experience and support the growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the warehouse team members by providing clear communication, direction, support and follow up to ensure accurate and timely execution of all warehouse operations.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance and promote a culture of safety with employees.
- Consistently seek to improve productivity and implement processes to minimize errors.
- Set goals and priorities for the warehouse team to enable accurate, efficient, and timely task completion
- Execute daily physical tasks while focusing on daily KPI’s
- Counting inventory on a daily basis
- Support customers and the retail store with service task fulfillment
- Accommodate evening and weekend work as required
- Manage Inventory control and ensure inventory compliance is within acceptable limits
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required, Post-secondary in a related field preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast agile environment and dealing with change with a positive attitude.
- Solid team player, great communication skills, continuous willingness to learn

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.36 per hour
