**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in our fast-paced ecommerce company. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products efficiently to meet customer demands. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a smooth workflow within the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents by comparing them to purchase orders or manifests.
2. Inspect and record the condition of received products to identify any damages or discrepancies.
3. Efficiently unload, sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
4. Organize and maintain an orderly and clean warehouse environment, ensuring products are easily accessible and safely stored.
5. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in periodic stock reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory records.
6. Prepare outgoing orders by carefully picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements.
7. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and pallet stacker following safety protocols and guidelines.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality, security, and ethical standards.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Familiarity with ecommerce operations and order fulfillment processes is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Proficient in using warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Basic computer skills to perform inventory management tasks and operate warehouse software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
