We’re looking for a** Team Leader** to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership & Team Development**:

- Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
- Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
- Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

**Sales & Performance**:

- Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

**Customer Experience**:

- Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
