As a Payroll Specialist, you will be involved in the preparation of the internal payroll for about a hundred employees based in Quebec and in British Columbia. The incumbent demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, customer service, good communication skills as well as the ability to fully master payroll software. Under the Payroll Master, you will join a multidisciplinary team whose mandate is to maintain the operations and financial health of the company.

**What you'll do**:

- Enter and process biweekly payroll on the ADP system.
- Prepare various reports for payroll production. Participate in the end of year process (T4, Relevé 1, T2200, TP-64.3, CNESST, etc.).
- Participate in payroll analyses and payroll reconciliation. Integrate the payroll of any company acquired by MEDFAR.
- Respond to questions from employees and managers Perform any other tasks related to payroll production.

**Qualifications**:
**Who you are**:

- You have a post-secondary degree in accounting, payroll management or any other related discipline
- You have 3-5 years of experience in ADP payroll ( ADP Workforce Now is an asset ) You have knowledge using Excel ( V-lookup, pivot tables )
- You have attention to detail and ensure accuracy You’re a team player
- You’re bilingual (French and English)
