As a Payroll Specialist at Coveo, you will be working under the supervision of the Payroll Coordinator to process and analyze our company's payroll-related data. You will act as a change agent, researching and implementing the latest needs, to drive continuous improvement in payroll processes. In a constantly evolving company with over 700 employees in several countries around the world, there's no shortage of challenges

**As our Payroll Specialist, you will**:

- Participate in payroll production: process the various payroll components (bonuses, commissions, stock-based compensation) as well as taxable benefits;
- Reconcile various third-party remittances on a monthly basis;
- Ensure the accuracy of configurations in the payroll system;
- Analyze payroll data and support the Human Resources team and the Accounting team in various requests and projects;
- Work on the continuous improvement and automation of current payroll procedures and processes;
- Monitor new legislation and payroll best practices;
- Support the payroll coordinator in the analysis and execution of certain ad hoc tasks (e.g. external and internal audits, government requests).
- Provide high quality customer service to our employees and various stakeholders.

**What we are looking for**:

- ACE or DEC in accounting;
- Payroll Compliance Professional certification from the National Payroll Institute;
- Experience in full payroll processing;
- Comfort communicating with internal stakeholders throughout the company who are both francophone and anglophone; We have employees all over the world after all
- Someone who is rigorous, meticulous and efficient;
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
