We currently have an opening for an Office Administrator at our Oceanside Resort.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:
- Preparing, administering, and monitoring Excel spreadsheets for utilities tracking
- Site fees collection
- Data entry into the company database of new licenses, communications
- Handling all outgoing and incoming mail, courier packages, and Registered Mail as required
- Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality
- Maintain a mature, professional image and demeanor with customers, employees, and visitors at all times with a strong focus on customer service
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels and place orders as required
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**:
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferred but not required
- Clean Criminal background
**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- Advanced skills utilizing the Microsoft suite of programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision
- Advanced written communication skills a requirement
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
- Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information; knowledge of applicable data privacy laws.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is **$40,000-44,000**per annum.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
