**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Assist in budgeting activities and monitor office expenses.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
- Support human resources functions including recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate collaboration and address any issues that arise.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with a strong understanding of office management principles.
- Experience with payroll systems and budgeting practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels.
- Strong team management abilities, including supervising and mentoring staff.
- Capability to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- HVAC Industry: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
