**About the Role**:
As our Manager, Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our operational teams. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional who thrives in a small, dynamic team environment. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee human resources strategies, policies, and initiatives to ensure our agency’s success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employee Relations: Provide coaching, counseling, and advice to employees and management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to align with organizational goals.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, implement, and review HR policies to ensure relevance, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
- HR Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and management of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the Director to align HR strategies with agency objectives, support payroll and benefits processes, and represent the agency on external committees.
- Leadership & Development: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and lead training programs to enhance employee growth and engagement.
- Conflict Resolution: Address workplace conflicts and conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring resolutions align with agency values.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR policy development, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS and other relevant software tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPHR designation is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, $2million liability insurance, and a reliable vehicle
