**Description**:
Build and manage the relationships with the business partners of the LCBN Program to mutually benefit all the parties involved: membership, sponsors and organization allies, to the growth and capitalization of Latincouver in terms of revenue and expanding social impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, organization and management of LCBN Program materials, including thank you letters, collateral, visual assets, eNewsletter, proposals, presentations and sales microsites.
- Support requesting a marketing and communication team for administrative follow-up of business partnership activities.
- Manage commercial inquiries, including assistance with vetting & tracking inquiries, sending correspondence, sharing potential opportunities and directing requests to appropriate contacts.
- Manage the organization database helping to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and generate reports to keep team members on track with monthly goals and target numbers.
- Conduct market research on a variety of topics including new service categories, prospective business partners, key contacts, competition, etc.
- Build and preserve a long-term relationship with Business Partners.
- Attend and/or support Latincouver events and conferences to build new business partners for the memberships, including prep, onsite support and other related duties.
- Fulfilling requests and media decks, for key influencers and potential business partners.
- Creation and editing of agreements, documents, and templates.
- Organize and attend weekly team meetings, including follow-up of agendas.
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas and work with colleagues across the organization.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Sales/Customer Service experience of minimum 2 years in any field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Competent in the use of Google Workspace.
- Experience organizing data and creating presentations.

**Working hours**: 20 hours per week (3 months)
