Position Overview The Asanty Beauty Foundation is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Volunteer Business Manager Assistant to support strategic planning, volunteer coordination, and organizational development. This individual will work closely with the Program Director and Business Manager to provide insights, help structure volunteer roles, and contribute to the overall direction and efficiency of the Foundation’s operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Program Director to provide strategic input, suggestions, and ideas for ongoing programs and initiatives. Work alongside the Business Manager to support administrative planning, workflow improvements, and priority‑setting. Assist in analyzing volunteer skills, strengths, and interests to recommend task assignments and optimize team performance. Help refine and develop volunteer role descriptions, onboarding processes, and task orientations. Support project and program planning by identifying key needs, resources, and timelines. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, engagement, and organizational growth. Help prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation for leadership review. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling organizational information. Qualifications English required; French is an asset. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to evaluate information, propose ideas, and support decision‑making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience or interest in business administration, nonprofit management, operations, HR, or project coordination is an asset. Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to the Foundation’s mission and values.
