RESTAURANT MANAGER

**Job Description**:

- Supervising the restaurant team, monitoring and controlling labour costs, coordinating and executing group/private events in the space.
- Participate in the constant improvement of FOH operations

- The target work week for this position is 50-55hrs

Requirements & Qualifications
- University or College Diploma preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- This position requires evenings and weekend shifts and will oversee the beverage program and service for Brunch
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 20kg

The applicant must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and customer service. An outstanding floor presence, polished appearance, excellent communications skills, and multitasking skills are required for the position. An amiable personality is a must.
