**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling service calls
- Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Prepare quotes
- Process payments
- order/return parts
- Dispatch warranty claims
- Assist customers with purchases
- Prepare weekly bank deposit

**Qualifications**
- Experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide effective customer support.
- Ability to work independently

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
