**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Phone Call Coordination:

- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information about our inventory, and schedule
- appointments.
- Sales Team Support:

- Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including preparing sales documents and updating customer records.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer leads to ensure timely responses.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain organized records and files, both electronically and physically.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for sales meetings.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the sales office is well-stocked and organized.
- Customer Interaction:

- Greet and assist customers who visit our dealership.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service

**Other Duties**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall operations of the sales department.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
