We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Coordinator to help us build up our business activities. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the business.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts
  • Provide support in preparing sales proposals, presentations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory
  • Create frequent reports with sales data
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities with Sales team

Requirements

  • Proven record as Sales coordinator
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
