Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager, Foodservice & Bakery, the newly created role of Sales Coordinator will be responsible for customer sales support, administration and customer planning.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Be the catalyst for the change required to meet Tradition Fine Foods growth and strategic objectives.
- Work as an integral part of the Commercialization team within the foodservice and bakery channel by providing routine and ad-hoc support.
- Actively support execution of customer projects in conjunction with foodservice and bakery channel demands.
- Act as central point of contact with key customers on projects and growing business needs. This may include customer updates, new project scoping, and liaising with various departments as required.
- Create, maintain and update as required core product sell sheets.
- Onsite support for project execution with customers and cross functional teams.
- Support of Trade Shows or other external customer requirements.
- Communicate project requirements with relevant departments and guarantee excellent customer service.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication related to customer requests, changes or updates.
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**:

- 2 years’ experience as a sales coordinator/administrator.
- A highly-motivated, self-starter capable of supporting multiple projects.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to form connections and communicate clearly
- Results orientation: having the desire and ability to measure and achieve results both individually and with others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize on a regular basis.
- Ability to interact well with clients and colleagues.
