**Job Summary**
Reporting to the Manager, the **Sales and Marketing Coordinato**r is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Develops a sales and marketing plan
- Plans and creates business development opportunities
- Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
- Conducts a minimum of 35 sales calls per week
- Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory
- Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals
- Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
- Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness

**Qualifications**
- Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Sales and marketing background
- Has a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Detail oriented
