**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel with excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy access to information.
- Provide clerical support by preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize SAP and our timekeeping system (Replicon) to invoice clients based on work order and sales order data.
- Review and process incoming payments and all required documentation.
- Using our web-based timekeeping system (Replicon), you will receive, review and approve employee timesheets. (approximately 25 daily)
- Create and enter information into spreadsheets as required for payroll processing.
- Other duties as required to ensure the seamless operations of the business.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role and or diploma in Business Administration would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail is critical for proofreading and maintaining accurate records.

Pay: $20.00-$27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
