Office Administrator

Responsibilities

- Answer Telephones, Take Messages and Reply to Daily Emails

- Accurately Enter Data into Accounting and Order Systems

- Process Payments

- A/P, A/R, Bookkeeping, Payroll

- Maintain a Clean & Organized Front Reception Area

- Other Administrative tasks, as required

Requirements

- Proactive and Self-Motivated

- Knowledge of Accounting Practices

- Ability to Work Independently and with a Team

- Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-Task

- Positive Attitude with Customer Service Skills

- Excellent Computer Competency

- Exceptional written and Verbal Communication

We Offer

- $25-$27/hour based on experience

- Employer paid Comprehensive Benefits Package

- Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
