- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timekeeping and documentation.
- Create sales invoices and maintain accounts receivables
- Enter Accounts payable invoices
- Maintain a computerized bookkeeping system
