Safety & Compliance Administration Clerk

Provide a wide variety of administrative duties in support of HSE & Compliance. Duties including but not limited to creating and maintaining driver files, maintenance files, maintaining and auditing driver logs NSC requirements, training records.
**Job Requirements**:
- Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Transportation compliance experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs
- Ability to maintain order in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining accuracy
- Available to work full time hours with overtime being very rare.
- Reliable transportation
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Starting wage to be negotiated based upon experience

**Experience**:
- Freight: 1 year (preferred)
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Records management: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
