About Us

For nearly 30 years, Thirst First Refreshments has been keeping offices across BC refreshed with premium coffee, water, and pantry services. We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Data Entry Clerk / Office Administrator** to support our growing operations team.

The Role

You’ll handle day-to-day office tasks, focusing on accurate data entry, record keeping, and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Do
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems (orders, invoices, inventory)
- Provide general administrative support (filing, scheduling, correspondence)
- Answer phones and assist clients with inquiries
- Support operations and sales teams with documentation and reporting
- Ensure office records are accurate and up to date

What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
