PNL Communications is a fast-growing company and are looking to expand our existing team of skilled professionals. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Clerical team**.** Reporting to the Controller, the Administrative and Payroll Clerk must be a team player who can work independently and safely in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.

**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Reliable and hard-working
- Process payroll bi-weekly
- Administer benefits for employees
- Maintain employee payroll, benefits, and pension records
- Manage time banks (sick, holiday, vacation)
- Payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Vacation and holiday entitlement calculations
- Maintaining payroll files and confidential employee information
- Answering employees' payroll inquiries
- Review income tax report preparations
- Preparing ROE's as required
- Provide reports to Management
- Periodically perform audits on banked time
- Support managers with the professional development activities
- Manage hiring, onboard, and termination process.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Controller and the General Manager

**Your qualifications**:

- Ability to handle multi tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven and diverse environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of excel and word.
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills and flexibility are essential
- Ability to prioritize work
- Domain of payroll software programs

**The following will be considered assets**:

- Experience with immigration programs
- Any administrative/finance experience
- Previous experience with ADP payroll software

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (required)

**Salary**:
$ 41K - $ 49K annualPNL Communications
