**Job Descriptions**:
Record the information of the employees in the restaurant. Check the work or study permit, SIN number, food safety certificate and other relevant information of the new employees. Confirm the address and age of the employees connect with the accounting agency, and record the employee's attendance time every day, including overtime records, etc. Check the tips in the store and calculate the reasonable distribution of each employee. Holiday scheduling reminder to ensure orderly operation of the restaurant.

Confirmation of wages and tax payment. Provide a statistical accounting table of wages and tips every two weeks. Verify each employee's working hours, sort out and report it to the accountant and director. Sort out the monthly running records of the company and calculate the HST amount. Responsible for distributing payroll checks to employees, following up the tax payment progress, and accounting for the confirmed company payroll tax amount and HST amount raised by the accounting agency.

Confirm and process payroll related payments. Including regular payroll, maintenance payments, benefit expense accounting and vacation payroll records. Provide PDF files of employee salaries.

Communicate with the accounting agency at the end of the year. Check with the accounting agency at the end of the year. Prepare and calculate the data and materials related to T4 of employee and T2 of company. Sort out the running business volume in the store and related reimbursement expenses, etc.

Others. Handle other issues related to wages and payment, including in-store maintenance costs, wage error handling, formulate clear salary policies and procedures, and provide promotion opportunities after one year's experience.
