**Customer Service Representative (NEED FOUR CS REPS)**

**Location - Burlington, Ontario, Canada (In person)**

Looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established and growing company? The Simple Company is a multi-million-dollar organization in its 14th year of business and is launching a new Division - **The Simple Landlord**. We are seeking two (3) **Customer Service Representative** who will be responsible for acting as brand ambassadors and developing strong customer relationships for this newly launched division.

**The Role**
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relations. Communicate with clients to provide effective, timely solutions and support.
- Quickly identify and solve problems to address account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support.
- Identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
- Learn the software systems used by the company and products to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries and answer questions from customers.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions and work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
- Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales, operations and technical teams.
- Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence on time. Keep track of when recurrent reports are due and meetings are scheduled, including maintaining lists of recipients and/or participants.
- Set up and maintain files.
- Inform clients on new release products and policies.
- Provide feedback to the management team to help improve business processes.
- Assist in office administration tasks as required.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication - both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Organizational and time management skills
