Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the automotive repairs industry. This role involves providing exceptional client support, managing sales inquiries, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have experience in call center environments or customer service roles. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where your interpersonal and organizational skills will make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, service details, and follow-up communications
- Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Enter data into company systems with high accuracy, including client information and service records
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote services
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Support administrative functions such as filing, report generation, and document management using Microsoft Office tools
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or sales roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing skills
- Outbound calling experience is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
- Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Experience with cash handling is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.90-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
