Join our **Customer Service** team Now hiring a **Customer Service Representative** for our **Head Office** in **Burlington, Ontario**. This is a hybrid role.

**What it’s all about**:
As a CSR, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying and processing clients’ service orders and agreements in a face paced environment.

**What you will do**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Determine customer requirements and enter customer orders

- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Offer support as needed to other employees

**What we are looking for**:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high call-volume environment
- Experience working in heath (especially hearing health) = bonus points
- Bilingualism in English and French is extremely nice to have
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Dependable, team player with a positive attitude
