Burlington, Canada ServiceOntario (GTGI, Private Service Provider) Full time

ServiceOntario office requires experienced counter service representative. A minimum of 1-year experience required. This is a fast-paced work environment serving customers in Burlington, Ontario. Services include the provision of information and issuance of health cards, driver’s licence, licence plates, stickers, Auto Dealerships (OMVIC), Ontario photo cards (OPC) and other related products and services.

Qualifications include:

- Previous ServiceOntario experience required (minimum 1 year).
- experience providing front-counter customer service in a fast-paced environment;
- excellent customer relations skills to deal with a diverse group of customers and their needs;
- analytical and communication skills to understand MTO and MOH systems and follow Ontario government policies and regulations;
- attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure quality work and accuracy;
- experience handling cash, credit card payments and point of sale machines;
- keyboarding and database administration skills to enter information and submit inquiries into ServiceOntario proprietary systems.
