Call Center Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Create daily reports
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Record customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries or complaints.
- Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
**Working Conditions**:
- Shift-based schedule, which will include evenings, weekends, long weekends, and holidays.
- Requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer and phone.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
**Education**:
- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
