Shield Restoration Services is a successul and busy restoration company with two locations. We are looking to add an administrative assistant to our Vaughan team.
As the administrative assistant, you will be primarily assisting the president, but will assist the rest of the management staff from time to time.
Job tasks include:
- greeting and answering incoming calls
- performing data entry in our various programs
- organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments and managing the company calendar
- performing data entry
- maintaining files
- assisting with other administrative tasks as necessary
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook
- able to work well under pressure
- organized
- able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- experience with Xactimate and Encircle is an asset, but we will train
Drivers Licence and vehicle is a must.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
