Our fast growing operation has an immediate opening for a Clinic Assistant to provide a blend of back end and front-desk support for our clinicians.

**What we require of you**
- Excellent people and customer service skills with demonstrable understanding of patient experience principles.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring ability to switch workflow between front end client facing to back end clinical support, to meet a rapidly change in the clinic’s demand.
- Sanitising treatment tables and equipment after each use, restocking clinic supplies, Organising treatment area and stocking laundries as needed.
- This role will be well suited for someone with previous experience working in a therapy, rehab or multidisciplinary clinic.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent telephone skills with outstanding ability to communicate with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders.
- Highly organised, attentive to details and results oriented with ability to multitask.
- Committed to self improvement and being willing to contribute to the clinic quality improvement process.
- High level computer skills and are comfortable learning new programs/systems. Previous experience using EMR Software will be a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
