**Job Summary**
As the Office Administrator at La Casa del Papel, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with scheduling, handle customer inquiries, and maintain records to ensure our team operates efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office records, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Support scheduling of deliveries and coordinate with drivers
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking expenses
- Ensure general office organization and cleanliness
- Provide support to management and other staff as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Pay: $15.89-$28.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
