Novarc Technologies is looking for a **Recruitment Coordinator** to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.

**Work Environment**:hybrid

**Type of the role**: 6 month contract, Full time hours.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Interview Scheduling & Coordination**:
- **Job Postings & Advertising**:
Assist in drafting and posting job ads across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect the role.-
**Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management**:
**Recruitment Event Coordination**:
Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, or campus recruitment activities. Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communication.-
**Onboarding Support**:
Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating background checks, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to first day of work.- ** Administrative Support**:
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).-
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).-
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.-
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.**Nice to have**:

- Experience in technical recruitment is a plus.
