**Condor Security is hiring for a Office Operations-Co-op Student in North York, ON**

This is an opportunity for energetic, personable, communicative people to be part of the **BEST** concierge, security, and hospitality teams in Toronto.

**Position Overview**:
The Office Operations Co-op will support the daily administrative and operational functions of our head office. **This unpaid co-op position** offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in office administration, scheduling, human resources, and operations management within the security industry. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of office processes.

**What You’ll Do as a Office Operations
- Co-op Student**:

- Assist in daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, filing and inventory management.
- Support the scheduling team in coordinating shifts and maintaining employee records.
- Help manage communications with employees and vendors.
- Assist in processing employee onboarding, training, and maintaining personnel files.
- Participate in inventory management, supply orders, and office maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments on special projects and initiatives.
- Provide general support to office staff and management as needed.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a college or university program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the security industry is a plus.
