- **Job Responsibility**_
- Collaborate with the HR team to support organizational development projects. Implement business strategies and group people strategies according to guidance.
- Customize and develop HR programs to meet local needs, and partner with local management.
- Responsible for coordinating and managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Champion global diversity & inclusion initiatives and collaborate with Area Management to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
- Develop, communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labour and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- **Our Expectation About You**_
- 5+ years of experience in the field of human resources, of which at least 3 years should be in a role as an HR Officer ideally within the Financial Services or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour relations.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- CHRP is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $68,000.00 per year
