The Inventory Control Specialist will ensure processes are identified, developed and executed in a manner that will meet the Bulldog Truck Centre standard. they will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope. You will need utilize situational leadership abilities and experience, to execute business objectives that make a positive impact on our short-term and long-term business goals. You will assist team sales and Parts Manger, and other teams on all matters related to the parts and inventory operation including internal and external customer.
**In addition, you will**:
- Support all aspects of warehousing, parts management and team sellers, always focus to the reduce the time and satisfaction of our customers.
- Will be responsible for receiving invoices and updating them in the system (LINQ PROCEDE), and must also resolve any deviation that this process presents, making the respective claims and discrepancies.
- Shipper receiver, is an important pillar in this position, so should help and know this process of receiving and checking the parts that are received and in the same way should be responsible for the BOL for the delivery of the different parts depending on the situation.
- Responsible for inventory management, including preparing for Physical Inventory Audits, keeping it organized, optimizing room.
- Forklift experience would be ideal, will be required to drive the forklift when necessary to load or unload parts or when the company need it, always with the highest safety standards.
- Will be responsible for making claims (Discrepancy) for parts not received, parts with damage or shipping errors. Additionally, you must follow up and verify that the case is closed, otherwise you must seek help from the Mack service system.
- Core Parts will be responsible for grouping, listing and delivering the core parts, in accordance with the manual.
- Will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and shipment of the blue crates, according to the instructions established in the manual.
- Will be responsible for ensuring that the parts are ship out correctly to our clients, you must demonstrate knowledge with BOL, and follow up.
- Transfers, will assist with parts that other branches of the group require, and will ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner.
- You will be responsible for Buyback at all stages of the return process.
- Black Crates should regularly prepare and send the saddles, chains and cables with which the new roads arrive
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 2 years of experience in a inventory management or operations position)
- Ability and willingness to lift approximately 35 lbs. regularly.
- Must have knowledge of traffic codes and regulations
- Must have ability to work in heavy shop environment
- Strong computer skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
