Inventory Specialist

**Job Summary**
Tamarack Industries, leader in mobile glycol heating systems is growing and we are looking for an Inventory Specialist who brings unwavering professionalism and meticulous accuracy to the position, and who have exceptional observation skills. You will maintain storage facilities, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, compiling balance, price and cost reports, and doing weekly counts of all parts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining and updating records
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
- Controlling flows of supplies.
- Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
- Identifying, analyzing and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
- Forecasting future inventory requirements.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
